By using the booking tool above, the client agrees to the Initial Consultation Agreement and its clause and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in it.

Initial Consultation Agreement

This Initial Consultation Agreement is made between the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant – Gurvinder Singh Arora, RCIC #R1040970 of Xperia Immigration Services Ltd., and the client.

Fees: The client agrees to pay the fees indicated in the booking tool below for online consultation services.

If the client decides to retain the RCIC within two weeks of the initial consultation by signing the Retainer Agreement and paying the required deposit, the consultation fee will be applied toward the total retainer amount. As a result, the initial consultation will effectively be free.

The details shared with the RCIC through the Initial Consultation Form and during the consultation are intended exclusively for the consultation purpose and do not establish an RCIC-client relationship unless a Retainer Agreement is duly signed by both parties. Initial consultations, arranged by mutual agreement, may be conducted via telephone, video call, or in person at the RCIC’s office.

The purpose of the consultation is to provide the consultant with sufficient information to allow for a full analysis and comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated time frames, consultation fees, and costs.

Client Responsibility: The client must provide the RCIC with such information and documentation as are required to perform the consultation. The client must be accurate and honest and must inform RCIC of all information, even if adverse, which might be relevant to the advice provided by RCIC in this matter. Failure to fully disclose all relevant information to RCIC will impact the advice given by RCIC and may void this Agreement, or seriously affect the outcome of the application of Client or the retention of any status that Client may obtain.

Advice current on the date of consultation: The advice provided by the RCIC is based on Canadian immigration laws and policies in effect on the date of the consultation. The RCIC cannot be held responsible for any future changes in legislation or policy that may affect the outcome or processing of any application the Client may submit thereafter.

No guarantee on the outcome: RCIC shall provide consulting services to the Client to the standard of a competent ICCRC member. RCIC does not guarantee that she will be able to assist the Client in meeting his or her business, education, employment, or immigration goals.

Confidentiality: RCIC is required to preserve the confidences and secrets of the Client. This professional obligation exists to encourage candid and complete communications between the Client and the RCIC. All information and documentation provided by the Client and reviewed by the RCIC will not be divulged to any third party, other than the RCIC’s agents and employees, without prior consent, except as demanded by law.

Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Saskatchewan and the Federal Laws of Canada applicable therein.
